The conference office and the information desk are located in in seminar room 0.25 (ground floor) of ELP 1.

The opening hours of the conference office are:

Tuesday	27.02.2024	08:00 - 17:00
Wednesday	28.02.2024	08:00 - 17:00
Thursday	29.02.2024	08:00 - 17:00

When registering at the conference office, you will receive a conference bag with the printed short programme of the conference, the access data for the W-Lan at the university, the conference ID card (receipt/payment slip for the paid conference fee as well as proof of participation) a name tag and food and drink vouchers for the welcome evening.

Please wear your name tag visibly at all times during the conference, as it identifies you as a conference participant.

The conference organisers, the conference office staff and the student assistants wear coloured name badges and Ф-T-shirts. They are available as contact persons for questions.

Express Check-In

Conference participants who have registered in good time and already paid the conference fee will receive their confirmation of payment at the latest 1 week before the conference. This confirmation contains a QR code.

Please have the confirmation in printed form, in electronic form on your smartphone or in the DPG conference app ready for check-in. With the QR code you can use the express check-in at the conference office and print out your conference ID card and name tag badge. You will receive your conference bag with these printouts.

This process will speed up the registration procedure in the conference office. Nevertheless, waiting times are to be expected. Please plan enough time and have your payment confirmation ready by arrival.
